Hi, I’m Jo! I grew up in Northern Colorado, where a stray cat and her kitten sparked my lifelong love of animals. After high school, I adopted Tucker, my first dog, and I’ve been learning from animals ever since. My wife and I have shared our home with several special pets over the years. Currently, we have Chloe, a sweet senior Shih Tzu mix; Scout, a snuggly three-legged rescue from Mexico; and Dot, a tiny paralyzed chihuahua who spins with excitement. Through raising my own pets and volunteering at a shelter, I’ve gained experience with dogs of all types, including those with special needs. I focus on building trust and understanding each animal’s unique personality. Seattle has felt like home since my first visit, and I’m thrilled to now be living here exploring its natural beauty and meeting your wonderful pets!
